providers\u003C/li>\u003Cli>monitor and manage \u003Cstrong>SLAs, KPIs and service performance\u003C/strong>\u003C/li>\u003Cli>coordinate \u003Cstrong>Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity and Availability Management\u003C/strong> from an E2E service perspective\u003C/li>\u003Cli>lead escalations, \u003Cstrong>crisis calls and task forces\u003C/strong> for critical
