We are looking for an experienced Purchaser who will support sourcing, supplier management, localization projects, and cost optimization activities for multiple European manufacturing plants.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with international teams, influence strategic purchasing decisions, and contribute to supply chain stability across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
• Supplier management and development
• Strategic sourcing and localization projects
• Cost analysis and optimization initiatives
• Risk management and supply continuity planning
• Cross-functional cooperation with engineering, production, quality, and logistics teams
• Monitoring supplier performance and implementing improvements
Requirements
• 3+ years of purchasing, logistics, or engineering experience
• Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry preferred
• Technical understanding and ability to read drawings
• Advanced English and Czech
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Willingness to travel within Europe
• Driving license B
