The Role
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can own the “Advocate of Customers” pillar and deeply understand customer needs, market context, and commercial positioning. You will join our Commercial Desk, a specialized engine that absorbs complex tech info and turns it into simple, exciting, and validated commercial stories. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and define the Product Marketing function within the company.
Your Responsibilities:
- Customer Intelligence: Conduct systematic interviews and Win/Loss analysis to build a "Source of Truth" for our messaging.
- Strategic Messaging: Refine the product value proposition based on market priority and competitive threats, not personal preference.
- Sales Enablement: Expand on our "Professional Toolkit" (slide decks, demo scripts, battlecards) and iterate based on seller adoption and feedback scores.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Plan launches with clear feedback loops to ensure the story is consistent across all stakeholders.
What You Bring:
- You naturally start every project with information collection and stakeholder consultation before moving to the "creative" phase.
- Ability to grasp complex cybersecurity features and translate them into "CEO Vision" stories focused on EBITDA impact and churn reduction.
- Experience with formal PMM frameworks and a data-driven mindset that balances creativity with analytical proof (e.g. building Battlecards or Value-based playbooks) to avoid ad-hoc, "gut-feeling" changes.
- A history of working closely with Sales and CSM teams to validate that your materials are "very useful" in actual deal situations.
Nice to Have
- Experience in cybersecurity, telco, or IoT industries.
- Background in Customer Experience optimization or customer journey mapping.
- Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing campaigns and performance tracking.
