Senior Agile Coach for eMobility

About

We are looking for an experienced Senior Agile Coach to enable and educate business stakeholders in a complex, multi-team Agile environment. In this role, your primary focus will be on improving business understanding of Agile at scale, strengthening planning practices, and enhancing collaboration between Business and IT. Unlike traditional Agile coaching roles, this position is not focused on team-level delivery or Scrum Master responsibilities, but rather on business capability, planning behavior, and leadership decision-making. You will help establish a shared understanding of how Agile delivery operates across multiple teams, enabling more predictable outcomes, better prioritization, and reduced friction in delivery cycles.

 

Project

The client operates as both a Charge Point Operator (CPO) and a Mobility Service Provider (MSP), delivering EV charging solutions through a complex digital ecosystem that includes platforms, enterprise systems, and customer-facing applications. The organization operates in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment with multiple Agile teams delivering in parallel, making structured planning and alignment critical.

Your responsibilities

  • train business stakeholders on Agile delivery at scale in a pragmatic, non-dogmatic way
  • explain how Agile operates across multiple teams and delivery streams
  • clarify planning horizons, including:
  • strategic and product roadmaps
  • program-level / PI planning
  • incremental and sprint-level execution
  • establish understanding of:
    • forecast vs. commitment
    • impact of mid-cycle changes
    • capacity, dependencies, and sequencing
  • enable more effective prioritization aligned with delivery constraints

 

What do we expect?

  • proven experience as a Senior Agile Coach in scaled Agile environments
  • strong track record coaching business stakeholders and leadership, not just IT teams
  • experience working with:
    • multiple Agile teams or Agile Release Trains
    • scaled delivery models (e.g., SAFe-like, program-level planning)
  • hands-on experience with:
    • roadmap planning
    • program Increment (PI) planning
    • cross-team dependency and capacity alignment
  • ability to translate Agile concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical audiences
  • experience in complex, multi-team, multi-stakeholder environments
  • strong stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership engagement
  • pragmatic, outcome-driven mindset (not framework-driven)
  • ability to influence through credibility, clarity, and trust
  • fluent English

    Nice to have:

  • experience in e-mobility, energy, or platform-based environments
  • background in organizations with multiple vendors and distributed teams
  • experience designing Agile playbooks or transformation frameworks
  • familiarity with PI Planning and scaled Agile governance models
