Team Assistant to IT Managers (f/m)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Team Assistant to support our IT Management team in a dynamic, international environment.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative and organizational support that enables IT Managers to focus on their core responsibilities. You will work closely with colleagues across the organization and in cooperation with the Executive Assistant, contributing to the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.

This position is well suited for a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, who is comfortable working with internal systems, handling administrative processes, and providing behind-the-scenes support in a professional manner.

What you will do:

·       Support business travel arrangements, including travel bookings and expense reporting.

·       Assist with internal and external visits, including international guests.

·       Create and process procurement requests, including shopping carts and SAP purchase orders.

·       Provide administrative support in purchasing processes and service requests.

·       Enter and process bulk travel expense requests and manage petty cash administration.

·       Support the coordination of team offsites in close cooperation with the Executive Assistant.

·       Handle internal administrative tasks, including ordering services and general support activities.

·       Manage incoming emails and routine correspondence.

·       Communicate with internal stakeholders, including headquarters (Deutsche Telekom), as needed.

·       Provide general administrative and organizational support (e.g. arranging refreshments for meetings and visitors).

·       Manage calendars and support scheduling of meetings and appointments.

·       Prepare and maintain meeting minutes and related documentation.

Required skills and experience:

·       Previous experience in an administrative, team assistant or support role, ideally within a large international company.

·       Advanced English (verbal and written), due to daily communication in English.

·       Native-level Czech or Slovak.

·       Good user knowledge of MS Teams and standard office tools.

·       Experience with SAP or similar internal systems is an advantage.

·       High level of reliability, discretion, and attention to detail.

·       Structured and organized working style with the ability to prioritize tasks.

·       Proactive, service-oriented, and cooperative approach.

·       Strong communication skills and willingness to support different stakeholders.
